There are hundreds of immigration methods in Canada. In addition to the common investment immigration in various countries, Canada also provides employer nominee immigration. This type of immigration method is very suitable for people who are not as developed as business owners in terms of economic conditions, but are more prominent in terms of job skills. With the full cooperation of employers, permanent residency status is within reach!
Employernomineeimmigrants are usually under the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) of each province, so most provinces in Canada basically have corresponding employernomineepolicies. Today I willmainly talk about the recent hot Ontario employernomineeimmigrants(without English requirement), and whether there are any special requirements for work and major during the application process.
Ontario employer nomineeimmigration is a way for the Canadian government to support the development of enterprises in Ontario, allowing local companies to find suitable overseas laborers worldwide according to their own needs, and granting such talents a way to apply for permanent residents.
Ontario employer nomineeare divided into three categories:
1. OINP -Foreign Worker
This category is aimed at skilled workers who live overseas. The main application requirement is to obtain a full-time permanent job offer that meets the requirements of the Ontario Immigration Bureau. This category is also the most popular choice for domestic immigrants.
At present, Ontario immigrants have launched a new EOI screening system. The application method is different from the past quota-grabbing model. It is changed to register and enter the pool before waiting to beselected. Since the number of lottery rounds issued is very few, there is no reference to the average score. Under the circumstances, it is recommended that the intended immigrants should enter the pool as soon as possible!
Ontario employer nomineeimmigration application conditions:
1. Have permanent full-time job opportunities from local employers;
2. The job opportunity must belong to NOC 0/A/B position;
3. The wages must be above the wage level of the local industry;
4. The applicant has 2 years of relevant work experience in the past 5 years.
5. The applicant has the intention to settle in Ontario;
2. OINP -International Student
This category is aimed at groups who have studied abroad in Canada and obtained a diploma from a regular Canadian college. Like foreign workers, they need to have a full-time permanent job offer from a local employer before they can apply.
Compared with foreign workers, international students usually hold an open work permit for graduation, and most of them have certain Canadian work experience, so they will save more effort in identity connection and employer matching. International students have always been a more competitive group.
3. OINP -In-Demand
This category is aimed at candidates who are engaged in occupations restricted by the Immigration Bureau, and there are not many occupations in short supply. Most of them are C and D positions in the NOC. It also requires applicants to have at least 9 months of employment. The most troublesome thing about Canadian work experience is the minimum language requirement (CLB4).
Therefore, compared with the first two, the domestic audience for the job category in short supply will be greatly reduced, which is of little significance to the intended applicants who are currently in the country. You only need to have basic concepts about it, and you don't need to know too much.
